A Whirlwind Week: AWI’s Inaugural Washington Event Leaves Hearts Full

This week has been a whirlwind for the AWI team, especially as we kicked off our first Washington #AWI2024 event on Thursday. We had the privilege of speaking to a group of patriotic real estate agents in the vibrant communities of Silverdale and Bremerton, Washington – both home to nearby Naval Base Kitsap.

Huge thanks are in order to Becky Johnson and the local #FairwayNation team for their hard work in planning this event. Special gratitude to Bob Rankin for generously sponsoring the 353rd service dog!

Our special guest, Jason Redman, was an incredible teammate, and we’re thrilled he’ll be a significant part of our events this year. Witnessing the joy of a veteran learning he’d be paired with a black lab in the coming weeks, trained by Northwest Battle Buddies, was truly heartwarming.

The financial grant accompanying the service dog, partially funded by generous real estate agents who purchased #REDFriday shirts, exemplifies the spirit of giving and unity embodied by our #DoOneThing initiative.

It was undeniably a very good day, filled with gratitude, camaraderie, and the shared mission of supporting our veterans. Here’s to many more impactful events ahead!
